Ganadores de la entrega número 68 de los Emmy

La entrega de los Emmy 2016 sucedió el día de ayer y una vez más fue un gran año para Game of Thrones, quienes se llevaron por segundo año consecutivo el galardón por la mejor serie de Drama, así como mejor dirección t guión por el episodio "Battle of the Bastards".

En contraste, en las categorías de actuación no tuvieron tanta suerte ya que Peter Dinklage perdió contra Ben Mendelsohn de Bloodline y Lena Headey, Maisie Williams y Emilia Clarke también perdieron contra Maggie Smith, por Downton Abbey. Sin embargo, HBO estará muy contento ya que Game of Thrones se convirtió en la serie escrita que más Emmy ha ganado en la historia.

HBO también tuvo grandes noticias en las categorías de comida ya que Veep ganó por segundo año consecutivo. Last Week Tonight con John Oliver también se llevó a casa el premio por el programa de variedades.
En cuanto a la categoría de serie limitada y películas para la TV The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story de FX fue la estrella de la noche, llevándose un premio de la categoría, además de guión (por el episodio "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia), actor de reparto con Sterling K. Brown, mejor actriz principal con Sarah Paulson y mejor actor principal con Courtney B. Vance.
Otros ganadores destacables son Rami Malek, quien se llevó un Emmy por su primer papel conocido con Mr. Robot y Tatiana Maslany, finalmente ganando por su ya muy reconocida actuación en Orphan Black. Puedes ver la lista completa a continuación, con los ganadores marcados con rojo.
